Hi! I’m Carly, a freelance event manager with almost 20 years of experience in the wonderful world of events. 

 

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my fantastic family — my husband, our daughter, and our working cocker spaniel.

 

I’m a total book lover and every year I set myself challenge to read a certain number of books. I’m also a huge theatre fan – my favourites are Hamilton and Moulin Rouge — though after seeing The Mousetrap and The Witness for the Prosecution , I’m keen to dive into more plays too.

 

Travel is another big joy for me. Discovering new places, trying new food, and hunting down the best restaurants makes me so happy. I love planning an itinerary!

 

I’m someone who really enjoys simply being outside, whether that’s a beach walk and a forest adventure.

 

And of course, it goes without saying that I’m a lover of all things organised. If there’s a plan, list, or spreadsheet to be made, I’m there!
